Ogden Real Estate was formed in 1889 by Todd Ogden’s great, great uncle, Henry S. Ogden. Todd’s grandfather, Thomas D. Ogden, joined his uncle in 1927. Donald T. Ogden, Todd’s father, joined the agency in 1958 and ran the business until 1996, when Don sold the agency to Todd. Don has remained in the agency as a certified real estate appraiser and associate broker.
Ogden is analogous to real estate. The Ogden dedication to real estate is reflected in its experienced team of salespeople: Beth Conklin, Dave Cornwell, Al Furrer, Dain Hood, Kathy Hood, Don Ogden, Lori Ogden Castillo, Kristina Weyrauch and Fred Youmans.
D.T. Ogden Real Estate has a vast amount and a variety of different types of listings for the real estate buyer. We are also a member of the Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service. If you are considering a move, or just have a question concerning real estate, don’t hesitate to call or stop in our office. We care about you!
